🛑 Final Sale
Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Hidden Hustle Mystery Items

  • Masks, lighters, socks, bags, swimwear, rugs, accessories, and other limited drops

Standard Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • New, unworn, and unwashed

  • Free of stains, scents, deodorant, makeup, or any wear

  • In original packaging where applicable

We reserve the right to deny any return that doesn't meet these conditions.

🩲 Underwear Policy
We accept returns on underwear only if:

  • They’re unworn, with original stickers, in sealed polybags

  • If you ordered multiple sizes, only open the pair you plan to keep.
    Once opened, the product is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Refund (original payment method, minus $10.00 return processing fee)

  • Exchange (based on availability)

  • Store Credit (for future purchases)

📦 Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for us to process your request.


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Yes, we accept international returns — but please note:

  • We do not provide return labels for international shipments.

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll process your exchange, store credit, or refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Exchange shipping is free, but customs duties/taxes in your country are your responsibility.

REFUNDS

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to post the funds.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card provider.

  3. Contact your bank — processing may take a few business days.

RETURNED-TO-SENDER / REFUSED PACKAGES

  • Domestic returns: You’ll be issued store credit via e-gift card.

  • International returns: Refunds will be processed minus return shipping fees.
